Terms of service
Last updated October 5, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Farnor Labs, LLC, an Arizona limited liability company ("we"), which runs Gaitro. By creating an account or using gaitro.com, app.gaitro.com, the gaitro CLI or its MCP server, you agree to them. If you use Gaitro for a company, you agree for that company too, and confirm you're allowed to. Our Privacy policy explains what we do with your data.
Your account
You need to be 16 or older. Give us a real email address, keep your password and your agents' logins safe, and tell us at info@gaitro.com if you think someone else is using them. You're responsible for what happens under your account, including what your agents do through the logins you approve.
Your code is yours
You keep every right to the code, checks, documents and other content you put in Gaitro. You give us permission to store, copy, run and display it only as needed to provide Gaitro to you: keeping it, running your checks, showing it to the people you choose, and making it public if you make a project public.
If your company's sharing preset allows it, lessons your agents learn about public packages can be shared with other projects, without your code and without your name unless you choose to show it. You can change the preset at any time.
You decide what ships
Gaitro helps you see what your agents changed and checks it before it ships, but it can't promise the code is correct, secure or fit for your purpose. Agents make mistakes, and checks only test what they're written to test. You decide what ships, and you're responsible for it.
Plans, payment and refunds
- Paid plans are billed in advance each month through Stripe, and renew until you cancel. Pro Plus is billed per person in the company.
- You can cancel at any time in Settings › Plan & billing. Your plan stays until the end of the period you paid for, then becomes Free.
- We don't give refunds, for partial months, unused allowances or extra-minute packs.
- Plan allowances, like check minutes, reset each month and don't carry over. Extra-minute packs are used only after a month's plan minutes run out, and expire 12 months after you buy them.
- When a company has no check minutes left, new check runs wait until it has more.
- We may change prices. If we raise the price of a plan you're paying for, we'll tell you at least 30 days before it applies to you.
- Prices don't include taxes, which you pay where they apply.
What's not allowed
Don't use Gaitro to break the law or anyone's rights; to store or spread malware; to attack, probe or overload Gaitro or anyone else; to mine cryptocurrency or otherwise use check sandboxes for anything but your project's checks; to get around plan limits or other people's access; or to send spam. Don't put other people's personal data in Gaitro unless you're allowed to.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules. Where we can, we'll tell you first and give you a chance to fix it.
Our service
We work to keep Gaitro running and your code safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change, add or remove features. If we ever shut Gaitro down, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice to take your code with you.
Closing your account
You can stop using Gaitro at any time; to close your account, email info@gaitro.com. We may close accounts that break these terms. Either way, your code stays yours, and you can download it with Git before the account closes. The Privacy policy says when data is deleted.
Warranties and liability
Gaitro is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim about Gaitro is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll tell you by email or in Gaitro at least 30 days before the change applies. Using Gaitro after that means you accept the new terms.
Law
Arizona law governs these terms, apart from its rules on conflicts of law. Any dispute goes to the state or federal courts in Arizona, unless the law where you live says otherwise.
